Doin' a little catch up this week...
Thomas and Grammy experience his first real live, up close and personal horse sighting...and it was amazing. Oh, and I should mention this was at the 90 mile yard sale...yea, weird.
Jacob and Tommy cat outside a mud hut at the Etowah Indian Mounds
King Jacob surveying his kingdom from atop the mound
The three amigos on a mound
Cuddlebuggin' it on a swing by the river
Straight GANGSTA!
Letting Jacob hone his photog skills:
Lots of reading
and some more reading:
And then there's Jeff, who has also been having a rough time, toting customers around places like this: (and yes, he did take these pics while he was out at Barnsley one day)
We had a little baby shower for the professor...not The Professor, like from Cars2, but Alice, the professor of course!
Enjoying a little lunch and movie (hey! speaking of Cars2!) for the two sickies (Thomas=croup, Jacob=stomach bug)
OOOOOHHHHH!!!!! Father's day work/present...some garage organizing things! What a sweet, yet backhanded gift Jacob and Thomas!
Also another not feeling so well kind of day:
And then I took the boys to Greenville to meet Cait and Grammy for the weekend (and they were thankfully feeling better than they had been for the past 2 weeks)...here they are having Jacob read them Mr. Brown Can Moo...while they do the noises of course!
Grammy and Tomcat gettin' ready for a dip in the pool
Enjoyed plugging his ears
Cait and Jacob doing something or another
Looking cute after our night on the town in Greenville
Day at the zoo:
Creepers in the hotel room
So, Thomas loves snakes...fantastic. When they would slither up the glass and then fall off, he would say "up, please" (or bup peas...which is what he actually says)...trying to get them to go up the glass again!
And, Jacob likes snakes too...
The boys checkin' out the lazy lions
Thomas gazing at the giraffes
This is my attempt at getting Thomas and Mom in a picture together...Mom tried to squat down to get close to his level, and he stepped aside and squatted down and "cheesed" by himself!
Just thought I should document this because I like this landscape as an option for the upper part of our backyard...and I want Jeff to have a clear vision of my vision
Monkey man Jacob swings from the climby thing at the park by the zoo...where it was 110 degrees!
Mom, Thomas, Jacob and Cait riding a bronze bear at the zoo
And the token picture with Mother in it to prove I was there for all the festivities:
